I see it!

Easter egg hunting!  Many, many times....but it never gets old.  This year the men did the hiding of the eggs, while I cooked, and mommy took a well deserved nap.     

Sweet Peas on the vine.....

We had so many this year!  I planted a seed called Amish Peas, and they grew like crazy!  Ths side garden, which gets a ton of sun is starting to yellow and dry out.  But the back garden is still green and flowering.  We had a cool night last night, and that helps a lot.  Won't be long, though, till it is time to pull the vines and plant for the long hot summer.

My new sundress

A little shop called the Sandbox had the cutest little sundressess.  I got two, one in green and one in turquoise.  So cool and comfy and the breeze blows right through.  I lived in them all week. 

The view from the kitchen and dining room.....

This is pretty much the view from the kitchen here in Ormond Beach.  We are on the 4th floor with balcony all around.  I don't even use the dishwasher while we are here....it is too much fun to stand at the sink and wash them with a view like this!  After the dishes I take a glass of wine out onto the balcony and watch the twilight fall.  Love it!!! 

Sunrise.....

on the Atlantic...gorgeous days at the beach.  Hubby and I are enjoying a week of sunrises here.  And sunsets.  Just miss having the whole fam along.

Wild violets are everywhere.....

We have picked enough to make jelly.....way more than you see here.......but we have not had the time to do it!  So we just put them in water and enjoy their beauty.  Oldest granddaughter has found the mother lode on the path beyond the house.  I do not know why, but I like this photo.
